We take the burden off your team by preparing and submitting all required Workforce Development Board (WDB) forms. Our service includes document review, hour reporting setup, and employer onboarding paperwork.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Filing – $300 per eligible hire
We guide you through completing IRS Form 8850 and Form 9061, submit paperwork to the state workforce agency within the required 28-day window, and track certification status to help you secure valuable tax credits.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program Setup – $500 per position
We identify OJT-eligible roles, develop customized training plans, coordinate with Workforce Development Boards for approval, and manage reimbursement paperwork to ensure your company receives timely wage reimbursements.

Apprenticeship Program Design & Registration – Call for details
We provide end-to-end consultation on building registered Apprenticeship programs, including Department of Labor registration, training plan development, and GI Bill® certification for veteran apprentices.

Small Employers (up to 10 employees) – $500/month
Includes administrative support, WIOA/WOTC/OJT paperwork preparation, and direct liaison with Workforce Development Boards so you can focus on your business.

Mid-Size Employers (10–50 employees) – $750/month
Everything in the Small Employers package, plus expanded candidate sourcing (students, veterans, career changers), quarterly consulting sessions, and ongoing reimbursement tracking with WDB follow-up.

Large Employers (50+ employees) – $1500/month
Comprehensive workforce consulting across multiple programs and industries. Includes apprenticeship program design support, monthly reporting, compliance check-ins, and dedicated liaison services.
