On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program Setup – $500 per position

Mid-Size Employers (10–50 employees) – $750/month
Everything in the Small Employers package, plus expanded candidate sourcing (students, veterans, career changers), quarterly consulting sessions, and ongoing reimbursement tracking with WDB follow-up.
Large Employers (50+ employees) – $1500/month
Comprehensive workforce consulting across multiple programs and industries. Includes apprenticeship program design support, monthly reporting, compliance check-ins, and dedicated liaison services.
