Workforce Programs
Workforce benefits including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and Apprenticeships provide hiring incentives, tax credits, and wage reimbursements to reduce costs for employers, in addition to creating training, paid work experience, and long-term career opportunities for job seekers.

We are not a workforce board, and we do not determine eligibility or provide funding, instead we act as an agent and liaison with workforce boards on your behalf to navigate options, submit forms, and coordinate timelines. Our services include needs assessments, program matching, paperwork support, and hiring coordination, all focused on reducing barriers and creating real placements.

More than fifteen years of experience in workforce development, career readiness, higher education, and business consulting assisting organizations and individuals navigate complex hiring and training systems. Extensive background as both a hiring manager and a job seeker has shaped the approach to this work, combining practical insight with proven strategies. Focused on building partnerships, improving access to programs, and creating opportunities that reduce barriers and support long-term success.
